iMac Pro 2017 Will Release Today

Apple iMac Pro 2017 Release: Finally, the wait for developers and creators who wanted workstation-class performance in a PC device has over as the Apple’s Pro oriented all-in-one desktop, the iMac Pro which was announced earlier this year in WWDC 2017 is all set to release on 14 December i.e. Thursday. iMac Pro has got some remarkable performance and under-hood changes as we compare to iMac which is also all-in-one desktop from Apple.

One of the major changes we can observe is the look of the device, as iMac Pro has got Space Black color which is really essential for Pro device. Apple also makes changes in internal features like processor which powering the iMac Pro, it is an Intel’s Xenon Processor. iMac Pro start the sport from 8-, 10- and 18-core variants, as this option makes iMac Pro a really good device. Apple also appears to be launching a surprise 14-core variant, which will give users, even more, options to balance price and performance. As we compared to previous Workstation class device Mac Pro, iMac Pro will surely surpass its performance and by the great margin.

The machine will also come with up to 128 GB of ECC DDR4 2666MHz RAM, up to 4 TB of storage, and the option of configuring a 16GB Vega 64 GPU.

From Apple:

Pros love iMac. So when they asked us to build them a killer iMac, we went all in. And then we went way, way beyond, creating an iMac packed with the most staggeringly powerful collection of workstation-class graphics, processors, storage, memory, and I/O of any Mac ever. And we did it without adding a millimeter to its iconic all-in-one design. So everyone from video editors to 3D animators to musicians to software developers to scientists can do what they do like they’ve never done before. Introducing iMac Pro. A lean, mean dream machine.

Apple has shipped some iMac Pro earlier to some reviewer who gives initial reviews that are amazing and it is really worth it. Apple is shipping a special black USB-A to Lightning cable with the iMac Pro. This cable is used to connect/pair/charge the new Space Gray Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard. The new Magic Mouse, Trackpad, and Magic Keyboard really matches the device aesthetic and look flawless. The 14- and 18-core model won’t available until later in 2018, but the 8- and 10-core variants will be available for order on December 14th. We should learn more about iMac Pro when we give our hand to this device until then we can’t say about it. Baseline price of $4999 for 8-core version.
