Chinese tech giants Xiaomi has officially announced their event for announcing their flagship smartphone. The event will be held on 20th Feb same day when Samsung unveils their own flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S10. Above the competition Xiaomi has officially leaked specs and price of their latest smartphone which help them to create more hype than Samsung’s smartphone.
Design
Xiaomi Flagship lineup Mi will get its successor Mi 9 and Mi 9 X Alita. Talking about the smartphone Xiaomi will stick to latest design pattern of Dew Drop display rather than Galaxy expected Punch Hole. This display design will help Mi 9 to get 90.7 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Display
Display of Mi 9 will feature a AMOLED panel that delivers Full HD+ resolution. Mi 9 is expected to feature HDR+ display which makes color accuracy more realistic and true to life. Brightness of display will be 600nits and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Display size yet not been announced but it is expected to have 6.3-6.4-inch display which is true standard for edge to edge display devices. The display will also feature modes like Sunlight Mode 2.0 and Reading Mode 2.0, which is said to help improve screen legibility under varying ambient lighting conditions.
Fingerprint sensor will be embedded inside the display which means it will feature optical in-display fingerprint sensor.
Hardware
Powering this device will feature Snapdragon 855 SoC which is standard for 2019’s smartphone. Xiaomi also claims that after equipped Snapdragon 855 with Mi 9 Antutu score will be 387,851 which is considerably higher than previous gen smartphones.
Mi 9 will feature Triple Camera Setup in which main Camera will have 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with 0.8 µm pixel. Then it have 16MP ultra wide angle and a 12MP telephoto lens on the back of the device. Camera lens will be protect from sapphire glass protection. Selfie camera yet not mentioned from the company.
The Mi 9 comes in three color option of Lavender Violet, Ocean Blue, and Piano Black.

There will be an extra handset edition to this smartphone which is a transparent edition which is dubbed as Xiaomi Mi 9: Battle Angel which A brightness after latest Hollywood movie Battle Angel: Alita. This edition will launch on February 24.

The company’s founder, Lei Jun has revealed some details of the Transparent Edition Mi 9. It will also sport a 48MP has ream camera with 7P leans with f/1.47 aperture. Rest specification will be the same.
