Shure is a very renowned brand among the community of experts who are somehow connected with music production industries. Shure was not able to make it into hands of normal users because the price array of products that are produced by Shure are quite expensive and they were more focused towards the professional consumer instead of normal masses, but the game has now reformed as Shure launched Aonic 215 and Aonic 50 at CES 2020. Let’s talk about these products in detail.

Aonic 215

Aonic 215 is the first ever truly wireless earbuds that has launched under Shure’s sub-brand Aonic. These earbuds are forced to appeal the users from premium category as its price is fairly relative to recently launched Apple Airpods Pro. It is priced at $279 (approx. Rs. 20K). Its design is analogous to SE215 that use to come with a separable cable but the difference here is that it doesn’t come with a detachable cable. To make a firm hold to users ear it comes with a over the ear hook that goes behind the ears of the user and make a firm hold.

The major shortcoming that is associated with Aonic 215 is that it doesn’t come with Noise Cancellation technology that can be seen in Apple’s Airpods Pro. But to rawhide this drawback Shure has tried to block outer sound effects using the earplugs and to be honest they perform there tasks quite efficiently. Shure claims that Aonic 215 can give you a playback time of 8 hours on a full charge and you can charge them three times using the charging case that comes along with it.

Aonic 50

Aonic 50 is a over the ear headset launched by Shure at CES 2020 and distinct feature associated with Aonic 50 is that they some with Active Noise Cancellation technology. Aonic 50 is priced at $399 (approx. 29K) to compete with other over the year headsets that falls under the premium category like Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700. Shure claims that Aonic 50 can last upto 20 hours on a single charge with Active Noise Cancellation turned on.

Both of them are expected to hit the consumer market around spring of 2020 and to spice up their consumer market campaign and attract more users Shure have collaborated with prime singer of Maroon 5 Adam Levine to promote their product. Aonic 215 and Aonic 50 mutually looks promising to us and we are keenly waiting for them to hit the market so that we can get our hand on them
