ARCHOS 101 Saphir 2-in-1 Rugged Tablet with Android OS: ARCHOS 101 Saphir 2-1in-1 Tablet with Android OS is launched at MWC 2017. It is stated by the company that it is a rugged tablet made to withstand rough handling. At the corners of this Tablet, rubber bumpers are fitted which will protect it from damage and fall from the height of a meter. The company is presenting an affordable range of the Tablet for the consumers this year.
ARCHOS 101 Saphir Tablet Overview:
It will come in large 10.1-inch IPS HD display with 1280×800 pixel resolution. It has MediaTek MT8163 with only 1 GB of RAM. It is powered by a 1.3GHz 64-bit Quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU with 6000 mAh battery which would make it run for a day long. Considering storage of the device, it has only 16GB internal storage capacity. But if you want to expand the memory then it can be done up to 128GB. It is featured with Android 7.0 Nougat.
Talking about the camera, it has a 5MP rear camera while the front camera for video calling or taking pictures is 2MP. For the connectivity, it has a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro-HDMI support. The device also supported another connectivity option like Bluetooth, GPS, and wi-fi only. The ARCHOS 101 Saphir will come with a keyboard and serve as a 2-in-1 device.
However, for the Archos 301 Saphir there is a tough competition with Panasonic’s rugged Tablet but apart from this, it might be successful due to its some modern features that you get in an affordable price range.
The price of the ARCHOS 301 Saphire tablet has not been disclosed but it is expecting that it will be in mid-range price. It is available in from the month of June to buy.
