Copper Gold color will replace earlier Gold variants like Rose Gold and Gold version of iPhone and iPhone 7s will be available in Black, White, and Copper Gold color option. As Apple is using Glass at the back of iPhone 7s which helps Apple to achieve Jet Black finish in iPhone 7s.
