Talking about more better option iPhone X which is going to launch on November 3, with pre-orders beginning October 27, many analysts think that Apple will have a short supply for the expensive version of iPhone because Apple won’t be able to reach supply demand. According to the most renowned analyst, Min-Chi Kuo also believes on supply-demand equilibrium until next year.

iPhone X is not only the first device which is expected for supply shortage last year Apple released AirPods which also faced supply issues and it is still facing this issue, many people pre-order their AirPods a month before when they get delivery. Apple iPhone X has already attracted many people toward its edge to edge display, future biometric support and much more. Kuo said customer demand for iPhone X won’t be fully met until at least the first half of 2018 due to supply constraints. According to KGI Securities

We believe the fullscreen design and facial recognition features will drive replacement demand for the iPhone X. However, due to supply constraints, we expect market demand won’t be fully met before 1H18. We revise down our forecast for 2017F iPhone X shipments from 45-50 million to around 40 million units, but we, therefore, revise up our 2018 iPhone X shipment estimate to 80-90 million units.

All this means that you’ll not be able to use iPhone X until next summer or holiday season. Apart from that iPhone 8 won’t face this issue as all countries around the world are getting pre-orders for the next iPhone. This will give iPhone 8 little bit despite sharing features from iPhone 7.

Earlier this week, Kuo said that Apple’s iPhone X production was less than 10,000 units per day, but the yield may be increasing as Apple ramps up mass production. He anticipated the iPhone X will remain in “severe short supply for a while.”

Apple is also making iPhone X in two colors so this will help Apple to make the product faster than ever. Two storage option will also help to get parts little easier let see how Apple iPhone X get to market and perform in the current scenario. Apple already takes over major OLED industry orders for 2018 iPhone which they’ll release next year. So it is interesting to see how Apple will coup this gen. iPhone or the next gen.
