Talking about Microsoft, they are going to hold an event on Oct 2nd for the Surface device which they are going to unveil Surface Pro 7, Surface Book 3, Surface Studio 3, Surface Laptop 3 and other interesting stuff. Microsoft flagship model Surface Book 3 is really an interesting device as this device gives an edge to Apple MacBook Pro.

Surface Book will feature a 2-in-1 design which means it can have Laptop as well as Tablet feature in which Microsoft achieve this thing with the help of hinge. Microsoft team has updated the hinge in 2017 Surface Book update to offer more strength and flexibility. But Microsoft also trying to innovate to improve the hinge as their R&D team is working on this project. Microsoft is trying to hide the hinge so that it blends into the design.

Microsoft team is also working to improve the display experience of the device as it may feature new add on like HDR 10 or Dolby Vision or Wide Colour Gamut so that Pro user like Video Editor or Photo Editor can really enjoy the true-life color from the display. Microsoft is also trying to improve the touch capability of the device along with a few new tricks of Surface Pen.

Microsoft and Apple are giving each other an edge to edge in each device category, as recent Apple’s iPad Pro got new iPadOS and it is really trying to bring most PC experience to an iPad. Microsoft is also trying to ditch their tablet experience from their interface as their recent update of Windows 10 which is inbuilt has removed Surface tile like startup menu on full-screen view.

It is very interesting to see how Microsoft could innovate their product to bring much cleaner and better user experience as Window 10 has already tried to meet the gap between the connectivity of two different background device. In this respect, Microsoft recently announced their partnership with Samsung’s Galaxy device which tries to bring each phone feature to Windows 10 device via a wired or wireless connection which is really amazing.
