Samsung Galaxy S20 series is expected to debut on 11th February, initially, it was rumored that imminent flagship series from house of Samsung will be named as Galaxy S11 but after a few rounds of leaks and rumors, we can now confirm that it will be named as Galaxy S20 and there’s a story behind it.

The main reason is that we had now stepped into the year 2020 and the secondary reason is that Samsung is looking forward to having some vertical changes in their device line-up whether in the field of designing their smartphones as we saw in Galaxy S10 Lite or naming their smartphones. We were quite flabbergasted to see the leaked specification of the upcoming Galaxy S20 series.

As per rumors, we will see three devices in Galaxy S20 Series namely, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, Galaxy S20 Ultra. Most of the specifications of these devices are fairly similar to each other as all of these devices are expected to be powered by the same Exynos 990 chipset that is based on a 7nm based architecture and promises ultimate performance coupled with top of the line efficiency.

All of them will be IP68 water-resistant and will be running on OneUI 2.0 based on Android 10. All three of these devices will be featuring a whooping WQHD+ display coupled with 120Hz refresh rate where S20 Ultra will have a screen size of 6.9 inches with an aspect ratio of 20:9 while S20 Plus will feature a 6.7 inches display and S20 will be coupled with a screen of size 6.2 inches that is relatively smaller comparing to other devices in this series.

Galaxy S20 and S20 Plus will be housed with a quad-camera setup containing a 64MP telephoto sensor along with a 12MP wide-angle sensor and 12MP ultra-wide sensor coupled with a ToF (Time Of Flight) camera.

S20 Ultra will have a whooping 108MP primary camera sensor coupled with a 48MP telephoto lens, 12MP ultra-wide sensor along with one ToF camera. S20 Ultra will support a 10X optical zoom and up to 100X digital zoom. It will have a 40MP front camera that will be capable of producing 4K videos at 60 FPS while S20 Plus and S20 will feature a 10MP front-facing camera. S20 Ultra will pack a powerhouse with a capacity of 5000mAh, while S20 Plus will be powered by a 4500mAh battery and S20 will feature a battery capacity of 4000mAh.
